History of Mid-Miami Roofing Inc Mid-Miami Roofing was started by owner/president Dan Mink in 1978. Back then, located at his 2-acre rural residence in West Chester, the first shop was built attached to an existing chicken coop! The business soon took off, incorporating in 1989, and Mid-Miami moved to a larger facility in Liberty Township. Eventually, needing even more space, in 2000 a great opportunity presented itself to purchase the current facility in Monroe, OH where the business was welcomed with open arms. In the beginning, primarily a residential roofing company, Mid-Miami grew and expanded into commercial roofing and for decades has served the needs of both types of customers.     Company Goal     It is the goal of Mid-Miami Roofing, Inc. to bring quality roofing products and services to our customers while maintaining a high standard of professional workmanship and friendly customer relations.     Culture     Mid-Miami Roofing is a family-owned and operated business. We care about the quality and customer satisfaction of our work. Safety is #1 for our company. We have regular safety training for our employees and require the use of Personal Protective Equipment and Personal Fall Arrest equipment when applicable. Our goal – every worker goes home to family at the end of the day! We recognize that a new roof, whether residential or commercial, is a huge investment. Customer education is a high priority. Providing professional roof evaluations, product literature, and cost-saving measures to our customers is our way of business.
